Deepen Your Meditation Practice and Connect with Community

Dharma Office Hours is a monthly online space to meditate with the Dharma Gates community and ask questions. The format will be simple:

1) meditate together
2) Group Q&A

This space is here for you if you’re looking for:

  • help troubleshooting your meditation practice

  • accountability and encouragement from community

  • support integrating your retreat experience into daily life

  • a way to learn and engage with the Dharma before a retreat

Once per month, we’ll gather online to practice together and then open the floor for your questions—whether they’re practical (“what should I do when…”) or deep (“how do I understand…”). Over time, the rotating teachers will bring different lenses, styles, and forms of support— and the community of other young adults creates a shared commitment to the path and a web of mutual support.

Bring anything that’s arising in your path: how to practice with your mind, how to relate to emotions, how to meet your life with courage, how to integrate insights, and how to keep walking the path with steadiness and care.

You’re welcome to show up even if you don’t have a question, even if your practice feels messy, even if you’ve been “off track” lately. Sometimes the most important thing is simply being in the room with others who are also trying.

Dates: This event takes place on the last Wednesday of every month at 8:00pm EST / 5:00pm PST. It will be a 1 hour call.

  • The upcoming 2026 dates are: February 25th, March 25th, April 29th, May 27th, June 24th, July 29th, August 26th, September 30th, October 28th, November 25th, December 30th

We ask each participant to read our Community Agreements to nurture a supportive and inclusive space. Please register below to receive the Zoom link and be added to the Google calendar event.
